RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 At CLUTCH, we are engineering our gear for the "Gold Standard" of performance. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to facilitate a solution.



To maintain the integrity of our inventory and protect our community, CLUTCH follows a strict return protocol:

  • 30-Day Window: All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on gear that has been used in the field or shows signs of wear.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Order Number or Receipt is required for all transactions.


RETURN SHIPPING: CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY

In alignment with industry standards for premium durable goods, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. * We recommend using a trackable shipping service (UPS or FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance. CLUTCH is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


WARRANTY VS. RETURNS

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, follow the standard return process.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your product is defective, do not use the standard return process. Instead, please visit our [Warranty & Registration] page to file an official claim.


MANDATORY REGISTRATION

Please Note: To be eligible for any future Warranty claims or product support, your gear must be registered within 30 days of purchase. Unregistered gear may experience significant delays or denial of service in the event of a claim. Register your gear at clutchgearusa.com/register.


SHIPPING PROTOCOL

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Tracking: Once your gear is deployed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Address Accuracy: CLUTCH is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry at checkout. Please verify your "Mission Briefing" details before confirming your order.
