By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of CLUTCH and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. The "CLUTCH" name, logo, and the "Gold Standard" branding are trademarks of Clutch Clear Performance Gear USA. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

CLUTCH designs products intended to meet standard clear-bag policies; however, security protocols vary by venue and are subject to change without notice. CLUTCH does not guarantee entry into any specific stadium, concert, or event. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the specific bag policy of a venue prior to arrival. CLUTCH is not liable for any denied entries or secondary costs associated with venue non-compliance.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and photography. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor settings.

In no case shall CLUTCH, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, the loss or damage of personal items stored within our products. Our products are "Clear Performance Gear," but they are not indestructible; users assume all risk associated with the use of the product.

All warranty claims are governed by our official Warranty & Registration policy. As stated, CLUTCH does not provide cash refunds for warranty claims. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of CLUTCH products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; or (d) to submit false or misleading information.

1. The Venue Clause (Section 3): This is your biggest liability as a clear bag brand. If a security guard is having a bad day and denies a customer entry, this clause prevents that customer from suing you for their "ticket price."
2. Texas Jurisdiction (Section 6): Keeping disputes in your home state (Texas) is a major legal advantage.
3. Intellectual Property (Section 2): It warns "knock-off" brands that you own your logos and designs.
4. No-Refund Reinforcement: It links back to your warranty policy, keeping your legal "story" consistent across the whole site.
