THE CLUTCH 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Original Ownership: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Authorized Channels: Warranty is strictly limited to products purchased via clutchgearusa.com or an Authorized CLUTCH Dealer. Gear purchased through unauthorized secondary markets is excluded.
- The Remedy Protocol: In the event of a validated warranty claim, Clutch Clear Performance Gear USA will provide, at its sole discretion: (1) A professional repair, (2) An exact replacement, or (3) In-Store Credit/Digital Promo Code equal to the original purchase value.
- NO CASH REFUNDS: Under no circumstances will warranty claims be resolved through cash refunds, bank transfers, or credit card reversals.
- Liability Limitation: Clutch Clear Performance Gear USA is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items stored within the bag, nor for costs associated with venue entry denials.
By submitting this warranty claim, I hereby certify that I am the original purchaser of this authentic CLUTCH product and that the attached proof of purchase is valid and unaltered. I understand that the CLUTCH 3-Year Limited Warranty applies only to genuine gear purchased through authorized channels.
Any attempt to submit a warranty claim for counterfeit products, second-hand goods, or through the use of fraudulent documentation will result in an immediate and permanent void of all support. By proceeding, I acknowledge that resolutions are provided via repair, replacement, or store credit, and that no cash refunds will be issued.
